purchase. Yemars Market is not liable for any disputes arising from product
descriptions, quality, or delivery. Transactions are between buyers and sellers, and Yemars Market acts solely as an intermediary.
8. Payments and Fees
Payment transactions are processed through a third-party payment provider, and users agree to comply with their terms of service. Yemars Market may charge fees for certain services, such as listing fees or
transaction fees, which will be transparently communicated before charges
are incurred. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
